Mr. Poudyal, aged 71, has held directorship in the Bank since 2004. He also held directorship in the Bank during 1986–1994. He was the Executive Chairman of Rastriya Beema Sansthan, a public sector corporation carrying out both life and general (non-life) insurance business and is one of the largest insurers in the country. He held the said position during 1999–2002. He has also served as a director in the Board of Unilever Nepal Limited. He also held Chairman of Board of Nepal Housing and Development Finance Co. Ltd. Besides, he has also been associated with non-profit making institutions like Nepal Mountaineering Association in the capacity of Vice President, Nepal Red Cross Society (Kathmandu Branch) and Nepal Family Planning Association (Kathmandu Branch) in the capacity of Executive Member. He also has 17 years of banking experience at Nepal Rastra Bank, the Central Bank of Nepal.
Mr. Chaudhary, aged 34, has held directorship in the Bank since November 2010. Mr. Chaudhary is Managing Director of Chaudhary Group, a Nepali business conglomerate. He holds an MBA Degree from Kathmandu University, Nepal. He also holds directorship in United Insurance Company. He had previously held directorship in United Finance Company.
Mr. Pathak, aged 59, is an MPA with specialization in Managerial Finance. He has served in the Govt. Sector in different capacities and recently held the post of Expert Consultant of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In the past he also served as the Financial Comptroller General under the Ministry of Finance. He also held the post of Chief District Officer of Nepal Govt. in different intervals.
Mr. Dani, aged 67, is a senior banking & insurance executive with an extensive knowledge in dealing with retail and corporate clients. He was the Managing Director & CEO of Nepal SBI Bank, Kathmandu during 2003 to 2008. He had also held the post of Senior Vice President of SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mumbai.
Mr. Agrawal, aged 51, has held directorship in the Bank since 2004. He also held directorship in the Bank during 1994–2003. Mr. Agrawal is an entrepreneur, a social activist and a media person. He has been in the business for the last three decades.
Mr. Poudyal, aged 60, is an MBA from Tribhuvan University. He has served in Standard Chartered Bank (Nepal) Ltd. from 1986 to 2000 and in NMB Bank Ltd. from Apr 2000 to Mar 2017. He brings with him the extensive knowledge in all aspects of Banking & Project Finance and in the International Banking. He has also held presidency of Nepal Bankers' Association during Jan 2014 to Nov 2016.
Mr. Mukherjee, aged 63, MSc. is a senior banking executive with an extensive knowledge in credit analysis, risk management and technology development. He was the CEO & MD of IFCI Limited and Chairman of different companies under the IFCI Group. He had also held the post of Executive Director of Central Bank of India from Sept. 2012 to Dec. 2013.
He had also served as the General Manager in charge of the Risk Management Department and the Technology Management Department of Indian Bank at its corporate office in Chennai.
